Great Jacket But No Hood Draw Cord

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is a solid Jacket. The Deal Breaker for me was the lack of a draw cord around the hood face so I returned it. It felt like a strong wind would blow the hood back. I think it had one draw cord on the back of the hood but definitely not one outlining the face. If that's not important to you than I strongly encourage this jacket. It has 220g insulation which is much thicker than the 60-80g insulation you find in most jackets. So keep that in mind if you're going to be active. But this also makes it a little stiff at first. Like i said I didn't actually wear it out in the elements just tried it on inside. I'm sure it would break in a little over time. I'm 5'10, 170lb. Athletic/muscular build and the Medium fit well. Over all a solid, well made coat, with lots of extra features, snow skirt, nylon wrist cuffs with thumb holes, long mesh pit vents, internal goggle pocket, internal zip pocket.

review Foursquare Foreman Jacket - Men's

Jacket like. Just a little bit free size. And I do not think that it will be sewn in Vietnam.
