Foursquare Searle Jacket - Men's - 2010

Add the Foursquare Men's Searle Jacket to your arsenal of industrial-strength powder tools this winter. Two-layer Microshield holds the snow at bay with a whopping 10K waterproof rating, and the attached hood and powder skirt take care of the sneaky snow. A drop hood gives you the comfort and protection of a standard collar when your hood is down, and the style? SplaDOW!

Bottom Line: Blizzard-proof.

Great Jacket For ALL Conditions

By:
March 8, 2011

Had to get a new jacket after I lost my Burton '78 shell from about 14 years ago. Needless to say I found a sick replacement with this jacket. I've always been a fan of a shell jacket, but this one is extra warm. Still need to layer for really cold conditions, but thats the beauty of a shell jacket. Just layer a bit for colder conditions or take some off when its warmer. And you can use the pit vents to cool you down as well. I was fortunate to ride in all conditions my first days with this jacket, from snowing, 40-50 mph winds, powder and a warm sunny day and this jacket killed it in all conditions. Im about 5'8 1/2 and I bought the medium. Still super roomy and light. I loved the fleece lined collar and it didnt go super high like the burton jackets I tried on. For those wondering about the wrist gaiters. They do come with them. They just call them wrist warmers. I also loved the spacious pockets up top that work ergonomically for reaching across your chest. A more natural move to accessing whatever you got in there. Im super happy I picked this jacket.

The searle has something for everyone, whether you're into old school colors or not. The overcast color way is straight out of the original FSQ lineup. The 2L microshield is durable and breathable. The jacket has a nice durable feel to the touch. Attached powder skirt and the best wrist gaiters on the market. You can't go wrong with this jacket.

Hey guys, I ordered the large and now I'm wondering if it will fit....Im just over 6'2 and weigh about 200lbs. I have an XL Foursquare Jacket and it is too big for me around the body but fits fine in the arms...is the large going to be too small for me?

One question I have is that the wrist warmers have a velcro pocket,

One question I have is that the wrist warmers have a velcro pocket, almost as if it could fit a wrist guard. I looked on the FSQ site, but no mention of it. Any one know what its for?

It is for a hand warmer, the theory is if you heat your wrists, the wrest of your upper body will become warm. Also Hand warmers need oxygen to work, so keeping it in this pocket will keep it warmer than if you were to put it into your pocket or glove.

Are the Zino Midnight Blue pants the same shade of blue at the top of the Overcast jacket? Or are they darker?
