Yes, Go with the medium. You could even go with the small. check the waist size for your right pant. small - 30"–32" Medium - 32"–34"

Run the medium. M: 32" - 34" if that is your waist size then that is the pant size for you.

It depends on your waist size. My waist is about 32-33, i wear a medium and they are baggy enough, not tight at all. If you want crazy bagginess then you can get the size up. Like I said, i'm 6' tall and have a 33" waist.
