Hey Linda,
It's so hard to say with varying wrist sizes of kids' these days. I would say it should work but you might be better off going with a metal watches using links as you can remove them to get the size right. You will have a lifetime guarantee with Dogfunk.com anyway so you can always return it if it does not fit.
