Give your little shredder pro-level style and protection with the Giro Kids' Recruit 2 Helmet. The Recruit's EPS liner absorbs the impact of big hits for greater safety while riding the snowboard park or in the trees, while high impact outer shell withstands smaller shocks—like being dropped in the parking lot or thrown in the back of a car. On warm spring days, the Recruit's 13 mesh-covered vents let in air for increased comfort. Giro gave the Recruit fun graphics, colors and skate board helmet inspired styling that kids dig, which means they won't mind wearing this helmet on your next ski vacation.

The helmet is covered in the worst color of green fabric I have ever seen. The color was bad enough, but what made it worse was that it was fabric. Who puts fabric on a helmet? Yes, I sent it back and spent the money on the newest helmet so I wouldn't have to hear all the complaining from my son....and his father.

There are two graphics of "lavender circles" on the silver, front and back.
Nice Skid Lid
Nice helmet. 7 year-old son likes it a lot. Comfy & light. His 9 year-old brother set it too close to the fire to "warm it up" and the plastic melted. Not wrecked, just warped and looks cooler now.....

Can you show or describe the flowers on the back of the White/Pink Flowers Giro Recruit 2 helmet? Do they have little faces in them like the White/Hearts Giro G9 Jr?

would this helmet fit a 3 year old? hes average size, but he's sleeping, so i can't measure his noggin!
Most definitely should. I'd be patient though and wait til he wakes up and measure his head. It's worth getting the right size.
