Kids go bananas for Gnu.

Gnu doesn't skimp on the mini boards, and the B-Pro Mini BTX Kids' Snowboard is proof of this dedication to progressing groms. This mini-version of Barrett Christy's pro model gives your kid the benefit of reverse-camber Banana Technology and Magne-Traction, which make for quicker shred progression and fewer on-hill tantrums. With a lightweight twin-tip profile and the benefit of catch-free Magne-Traction and forgiving Banana Technology, the Gnu B-Pro Mini BTX Snowboard gets your kid started early on some of the best tech an allowance can buy.

AWESOME board. Not just for kids!

First off, I'm not a kid. I'm a 5'3, 115 lb grown up. But this board was the PERFECT size for me to learn on! Since we've got a lot of ice and artificial snow on the east coast, I don't have to worry about the short length sinking into powder and the magne-traction cuts thru ice like butter. Now that I'm well into my 2nd season this board is getting seriously flexible and it's a blast trying to do ollies and other little tricks. I can't say enough about this board, not to mention the price; if you're cool with riding a shorter board you get all the technology of Gnu's B-Pro boards for a steal! The only drawback I can see is that this year's model doesn't come in the smokin' hot pink unicorn graphic!
I'm sure one of these days I'll graduate to a longer board for trips out west, but I'm NEVER going to part with this little guy.
