Description

B-excited.

The Gnu Women's B-Street BTX Snowboard has been around for a minute, clearing the path and setting the example for other women's freestyle boards. It even bags awards like Snowboarder Magazine's Golden Seal of Approval, winning the #1 spot for women (and even winning #3 for the men's category). This Banana-rockered, true-twin freestyle machine sets its sights on jibbing both in the park and in the street, but also can fulfill your freeride needs after the storms drop a fresh deposit of powder.

  • Banana Tech rocker profile is the one that started it all—rocker between your feet, and flat zones extending to the contact points for a super-loose, catch-free feel
  • Magnetraction edge uses multiple contact points which slice, dice, and grip to ice and choppy snow with supreme serrated goodness
  • Mervin A.5 full-length wood core was constructed with quality and sustainability in mind
  • True twin shape and centered stance work together to serve up freestyle fun in both directions
  • Sintered base holds wax, carries speed, and is strong enough to shrug off hits from on-hill and off-hill hazards
  • Hand-built in the USA by snowboarders with jobs
  • Artwork by Nick Russian—visit noexactrules.blogspot.com/ to discover more of Nick's glamorously gory works

Soft, playful, easy to ride twin that can still rip down groomers. also great for beginners and girls looking to learn switch.

Fun board.

I'm 5'5" and have this board in a 149. It's a fun all-mountain board that can handle up to 4-5" inches of powder. Great in the moguls and the magne-traction makes a big difference in icy conditions.

Excellent Board!

Been riding for 10+ years - this is the most responsive, lightweight board I've ever ridden. Excellent on the groomers, smooth in powder. Excellent all mountain board. No shuddering or skidding found on the icy spots. Also bought Gnu B Real rear entry bindings... excellent choice. Worth the money at full price, on sale, you'd be a fool not to buy.

Sunny day go-to board

pretty fun board to ride all over the mountain but a little bit small and limber to be doing any big mountain or powder riding. Especially if your just getting started in the park, this is the board I'd recommend. It makes those spins and butters all a lot less work than some of the other gnu boards. Not to mention the awesome graphics

Love it!

I'm a retired park rat that loves fast cruisers, playing around all-mountain style, and powder days. I think this board needs more cred than just as a great park board!! I rarely do more than hit a few rails in the park occasionally. But, I've found this board floats pow nicely, will charge through heavy stuff, carves ok, and is fun at top speedsI am 5'5, 125 lbs, and have a 153. I was going to buy the pro model, but got too good of a deal on this board bc it was a year old (still new.) I think the slightly stiffer pro model would have been a bit better, but overall I am wild about my gnu!
