Hi. Im 6' 180lbs with a size 12 boot. Mainly using for all-mountain with a bit of park. Would a 162cm wide board be right for me?
April 19, 2012
I personally would rather have the 159cm and I'm almost the exact same size as you. However, I like to ride a bit more freestyle even when going all-mountain with some natural jibs, drops, spins, etc. If that isn't important and you just want to rip up the mountain with the occasional trip to the park, the 162 should be great.

Hi! I'm a beginner looking for all-mountain board. How about this one or should I try something else? I'm 171lb/ 5'10 and wear 12 boot size. One more thing: what should be a minimum waist width of the board considering my foot size. Thanks in advance!

While this has some advanced features it would still work great for a beginner. Magne-Traction will progress you faster with your turning while the Banana Tech rocker will keep you off your ass (most of the day). I have a size 12 as well and go down to even 252mm waist width comfortably. I wouldnt suggest anything smaller than that.

Do you size up or down for a "rocker" style camber board? how much do you adjust for (MM)?

Size down 3 CM for Banana Rocker design, especially if you haven't ridden those shapes before.
