GoPro LCD BacPac - 2010
The GoPro LCD BacPac addresses perhaps the only limitation of the GoPro system -- being able to see what the camera sees. With the LCD BacPac, you simply plug it into the Hero Bus, an expansion port on the back of the camera, and you'll be able to look "through the lens" to orient and properly position the camera for that all-important shot. The LCD BacPac comes with four extra housing doors -- Waterporoof Standard, Waterproof HD Wrist Housing, Non-Waterproof Standard, and Non-Waterproof HD Wrist Housing. Each door version accomodates the extra thickness of the BacPac.
The GoPro LCD BacPac also allows you to playback your videos or look at your still images to ensure that you've captured exactly what you wanted to see.

I really don't use the LCD screen too often since it adds weight and kills your battery even faster, but it does come in handy for those few time when you do need to get something in frame such as when you are filming someone else up close and need to make sure they are in the frame. It's also easier to change the setting on your camera since the LCD screen actually spells everything out.

I absolutely love my GoPro Hero2 so I bought the LCD BacPac so I could see what I was shooting. It was awesome and worked when I was testing it out and then the very first time I went to really use it on a snowboarding trip the LCD BacPac just didn't work anymore. In the process of hopefully getting it replaced. I researched it some and seems like this exact problem has been happening a lot with the LCD screen unfortunately. Just thought I should put a warning out there. It was sweet when it worked tho! Maybe you'll be luckier than me.
