these look, feel, smell better than vans. i go through a pair of vans era, authentics, etc. in a month (i don't even skate). but these shoes lasted me all summer, and i wore no socks for the most part. the only time they really started to stink was after i drunkenly decided to swim in a pool. the two pairs of laces are a nice add on. if you're debating these or another pair of shoes, GET THESE!

This shoe is amazing. They are way better than vans. perfect flick, good board feel, and yet no heel bruises from drops. Definitly a must buy shoe.

They are a little lower profile than the vans 106 or the classics which makes them look less awkward then wearing shorts. They are also a great skate shoe. You can feel the board right through them and they don't rip out as quickly as the average canvas shoe.

These shoes a very comfortable. The only downside is that it's impossible to slip in and out of these shows at your convenience. They resemble the vans that are like these. They seem to run small when you first put them on, but they stretch out a little after some use. But overall I'm pretty happy with these.

I bought these looking for a alternative to my Vans authentics in Red. And man, I am STOKED on these things!
Super comfortable, and get better the more I wear them, and they have a slightly slimmer sole/foxing than the previously mentioned. Dip in, you won't be disappointed.
The Red is a bit darker than pictured, a little more of a blood red, comes with white laces too!
Change me.
