Slap on your Habitat Vireo Skate Shoe and head for the skate park. You'll be psyched that you have a tough nubuck and canvas upper to protect your foot while the vulcanized sole gives you tons of grip and super-sensitive board feel.

great deal but like a lot of skate shoes it seems to have very much support on the sole

Fully Skateable out of the box
When was the last time you put a pair of new shoes on and felt like they were ready to skate. Probably never, well never until now. This light weight flexible shoe is ready to skate as soon as your foot slips in. Thought you couldn't buy stoke well now you can. This shoe is made with all water based glues. Lessen your carbon foot print minus the granola.
Bomber, lightweight skate shoe.
The Vireo is a traditional cup sole skate shoe, but made with a really unique outsole.
Habitat's exolyte sole is made from recycled rubber. The best part about it is that it is WAY lighter than traditional cup soles and has GREAT board feel right out of the box.
The Vireo is super light and flexible but doesn't sacrifice support at all

Habitat Footwear team rider Alex Davis
Yeah he's in Adidas for a good chunk of this footage, but once Habitat team rider Alex Davis was welcomed to the footwear team, he helped design the Vireo for himself to skate.
The footbeds on his tan colorway have his own custom home-town graphics in them.
