This jacket came in the mail and I was smitten the moment I laid my eyes on it.
The fit is really fantastic, and looks wonderful. The fabric is quite impressive and I am amazed by how many pockets and cool features I keep discovering about it. There are interior pockets galore, ones that can hold iPods and have holes for the ear buds to go through.
I live in Seattle and even though it’s after snowboarding season, I have taken the jacket out for a spin on rainy days. In fact, it has taken over the role of my rain jacket. The hood is large enough that I can wear a pony tail or bun and still get full coverage when it is up, which is a hard feature to come by, and the water just beads off.
The only down side is that with the extra small, it’s a tiny bit snug in the waist area when I zip up, but fits perfectly every else. With a pair of jeans, it’s perfection, I’m just concerned when I put on some snowboarding pants. The other down side is that it’s not as well insulated as I hoped. Not something you can wear a tee shirt with on the slopes, but with a good thermal, all is well.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone that is looking at it. Being tired of looking like a boy on the slopes, I look forward to wearing this because it’s very feminine and makes me really happy to own.
