Slip into the I/O Biocompatibles Women's Contact 3/4 Lightweight Bottom when you need a little extra warmth, natural anti-odor, and moisture management during anything from a winter ski tour to a morning jog around the neighborhood. The Contact 3/4 Lightweight Bottom forges peace between your constantly warring socks, boots, and base layer, leaving your lower calf and ankle uncovered so you socks won't bunch. I/O Biocompatibles made the Contact 3/4 Lightweight Bottom with Merino wool, which transfers water vapor away from your skin before it has a chance to saturate the garment, as opposed to synthetic fabrics, which don't actually wick moisture until you're already wet with your own sweat. The Contact 3/4 Lightweight Bottom's merino wool not only regulates temperature unlike any other textile, I/O uses P-9 wool\227a vertically-integrated supply chain that ensures quality performance and equality in the marketplace.

oh so nice
super soft and stretchy material. the 3/4 length is nice so you won't get the bunch factor around your ankles. not really going to add insulation like thermals, but good for a spring ride day
I've only worn it a handful of times and I have no complaints. I wear it when the weather dips into the 40's. I've worn it under my wool work pants, capris and riding shorts. It doesn't bunch up and so far, hasn't lost elasticity. It's snug without feeling tight and keeps me warm without overheating. The wide waistband is a nice touch and works well with the low waisted pants/capris I wear. As expected, it's wool, so, naturally, it doesn't stink and neither will you.
