Nice Trucks!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

If you skate or know anything about skating you've probably heard or seen the Independent logo. There's a reason for that.

Not heavy by any means and looks good. Grind smooth.

Nothing Else Competes

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Just recently picked up a pair of these trucks a month ago myself. After riding pairs of thunders and tensor trucks for years I was a little worried of making the jump to indys. Mainly because they usually run a little heavier which did take some getting used to. After one session of skating these for an hour I didn't even notice the weight difference anymore. You definitely get a stronger build overall, and now I honestly can't picture me riding anything else. The way these trucks lock on to grinds is amazing. If my thunder's lasted almost 4 years I can see these doing double that. Independent and indestructible.

There is a reason these trucks are considered the best. My first truck, bought it multiple times, love it still. While Independent trucks are infamous for being heavy, I have definitely noticed an increase in the height of my tricks because of them. Teaches you how to pop like a man! But seriously the weight difference is minimal at best. I have ridden these to the metal core and they have yet to disappoint. Long life and great performance. Great turn radius and shock absorbancy in the bushings. All around great truck.
