Description

The all-day backcountry companion.

The Jones Snowboards 30L pack offers a little extra storage space for all-day backcountry missions when you need to prepare for the unknown. Still streamlined enough to rip serious lines without weighing you down, the 30L version features a dedicated avy gear pocket, separate back-panel access, and conveniently located compression straps to secure your gear and poles for the ride down.

Side and vertical carry straps allow you to haul your board while it's split in touring mode or as a solid board depending on what the mission demands. A back panel access option makes it easy to inventory your gear and an internal wire frame helps the pack hold its shape when you have heavy loads. An insulated hydration sleeve keeps your precious water supply from freezing on the hike up, and a front avy tool pocket provides quick access to life-saving gear in the event of an avalanche. Thermo-molded neoprene back padding ensures comfort during the hike, while an adjustable waist belt provides additional support and even has an accessory pocket to keep snacks handy.

Probably should've waited for the airbag compatible version coming out soon, but I love this pack and it is definitely built for a splitboard.
