Reach new heights.
The irony is not lost on you that you're a big mountain man, yet you can't find a splitboard big enough to get you out into said mountains. Luckily the guys at Jones realized that big guys want to be out in the backcountry too, so they made the Solution Splitboard Wide for riders with bigger boots to fill. With a floaty, directional CamRock profile and mellow
Magne-Traction edges, this backcountry-tuned beast was built to keep you
floating on top of the deep and in control through the crud.
The Directional Rocker shape features more rocker in the tip for float in deep snow, less rocker in the tail for stability, and slight camber between the bindings for greater turning power and edge hold. Carbon stringers improve energy transfer to keep you in control at high speeds, which is pretty important if you ride even half as fast as Jeremy does. Mellow Magne-Traction along the outer edges creates multiple contact points for maximum edge hold on icy slopes without making the board bite too hard.
Jeremy also knows that minimizing our impact on the environment is crucial to protecting our winters, which is why the Solution is made with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified sustainably-harvested wood for the core. It also has a super-fast and durable sintered base made from recycled P-Tex scraps to reduce waste.
