Description

Haven for comfort-seeking feet.

One big benefit of switching from skiing to snowboarding (where to start?) is that snowboard boots are soooo much more comfortable than ski boots. Case in point is the K2 Women’s Haven Boa Coiler Snowboard Boot, which delivers incredible out-of-the-box comfort and, thanks to the Boa H2 Coiler system, a much more fine-tuned fit than a couple of ski buckles can achieve.
  • Boa H2 steel cables adjust easily with a twist of the knob, and then they stay that way—no stretching of wet laces
  • Intuition Comfort foam liner features moldable internal J-bars to help hold your foot in place and an easy-to-adjust single-pull lace system
  • Harshmellow shock-absorbing inlays in the forefoot and heel cushion your ride

Used and defective item but great customer services!!

I have ordered this pairs of boots. But it turns out it has been used. The threads were also loosen on the inner layer of one boot.

I wrote an email to complain about the condition. The rep responded to me in < 12 hours. We both understand sometime the returned items might slip back into the inventory. He was really helpful and understanding about the whole situation! I have nothing to complain at all. Really good customer service on their part! And you know Backcountry.com really does care about their customer's satisfaction! I will definitely continue to order my gears from them again!

Back to the boot; it is really comfortable, easy to put on/ to take off since it's BOA. I'd tried the rental boots from ski resorts. Those darn lace up boots took me >15 minutes to put them on. This BOA boots took me definitely no more than 3 minutes.

Keep in mind you will be wearing thick socks, so order a half size bigger so you won't have to run into the returning issues.

And lastly, just make sure you check all the threads and make sure they are not loose/ start to come out at all~
