Wrap it up.
Did you hear the news? You know, about the infections snowboard disease caused by contamination with filthy trunks, rusted-out truck cabs, and dry, dusty attics. Lucky for you, the K2 Padded Board Bag is here to keep your board safe and protected without unnecessary bulk. This fully padded board bag keeps your board from being damaged after a season of loading it into trunks, cabs, gear carriers, and airport conveyors.
Holding your board tighter than a long-lost lover, the internal compression straps keep your board from jostling around when you're doing 85 on the freeway or bouncing down bombed-out back roads. In addition, the external organizer pocket stashes shred accessories, such as your wax kit, gloves, or goggles. There's also a nifty business card holder if you happen to be a rep on the road or just using your credentials for unscrupulous means (picking up chicks, anyone?).
- Fully padded construction
- Internal compression straps
- External organizer pocket
- Business card holder
- YKK zippers

How's the padding on this bag? I'm looking for something to travel and fly with. Nothing too bulky, just enough protection to survive baggage claim . I have a 140cm board. I don't want to have to remove bindings to fit it in the bag, and I want enough room to store my pants, jacket, and boots inside. Recommendations?
I've seen a few reviews that say there is plenty of room for boots, pants, etc. Looks like the smallest size in stock right now is 158cm, so you would have plenty of room for extra gear. No you would not need to take your bindings off. I've also seen comments that say the padding is not too bulky - just padded on the bottom, so pack clothes, etc on top and you are good to go.
