AMAZING!

I got this board last season and it rips! It's the k2 www for kids the tech is strait from the best mens boards out there; not to mention the best kids board out there. I do a lot of research on my board and this is the best it gets price and all. The best part is that it still has good pop, because the pop of your board comes from in between your bindings;the center, this is because it's 80 percent flat. This makes it smooth at slow speeds and stable at high speeds. This is great because you can get the best of both worlds with pop and the flexy skatey feel of cambered boards thus creating the ultimate park and street board. Sick graphics too especially 2010-2011 graphics seriously buy, great price great board!

If I am 14 years old and about 94 pounds, will the 142 be too big for me? I guess i could grow into the 142, but will it be that much of a problem? I dont want it to be to heavy and hard to control cause i am very park oriented and i go hard on rails.

It would be a little too big but nothing too crazy. You would grow into it quick and it'd still be a fun board for you right now.

Love the board and backcountry.com!!!

Took my son snowboarding for the first time on his new board. He took a 2 hour lesson and was literally carving with ease by the end of the day. (K2 Venom 132)

The mounting was easy with clear instructions. I did also watch a video online previous as I am a skier (which I learned the hard way after attempting snowboarding for the first time today).

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They spent over an hour with me online helping me pick out the perfect package. My sister bought the same board for her older son who didn't want it, and they took the return without any issues. Delivery was exceptional and delivered by xmas when ordered 5 days previous.

I do not work for nor am I related to anyone who works for backcountry.com. I would highly recommend them based on their quality of merchandise, and experienced staff. Thank you for making my sons xmas, making my life easy, and saving me tons of money!

look no farther this board will blow your mind. My best friend has a 132 cm vandal and I ride a 161 k2 darkstar. I can ride hi snowboard that is 29 cm less than mine with no trouble at all. It is flexy for a wicked smooth ride, kinda like riding a caddilac when your cruising on hard pack bumps, but that flex can turn into serious snap to get up on that rail without worry or to clear the knuckle on that 50 footer and dont under estimate this youth board because it can and will handle 50 foot booters. only thing is it's probably not the best board for a first timer.
