Whatup Michael, good catch. Sorry about that we've had some glitches with our sale pricing lately. I've gone ahead and fixed the pricing on this item.
That being said, we do occasionally price colors differently, based on if the color is older or newer than it's brothers.

Anyone know just how slim these guys are? I'm hoping they aren't too tight to the point that your underwear can bee seen under the material, it's just uncomfortable. I need a new pair of khakis and I'd like a comfortable yet slim pair.

They are a little on the tighter side. Mine fit me perfect(32), but I dont have overly fat legs lol. I wouldn't say that you will be able to see your pantaloons under these, but if you wear reg boxers they might bunch up a lil. If you wear boxer-breifs then you're golden brotha. But by no means are these "super skinnys"

I got these pants only a week ago, and I must say, I wish I had owned a pair of these all my life, they are perfect. Totally not your dads slacks, they are very comfortable cotton, but they feel pretty solid, pretty much like jeans, but by looking at them, I never would have guessed it. They aren't restricting at all, though they do have a pretty slim fit-nothing at all tight, room for me to slide my hand down my thigh with my leg inside. I normally wear a size 30x32, so I grabbed these in thirty, and they fit very true, there isn't much extra room in the waist though, so I wouldn't reccomend sizing down for anything.
I got them in Khaki and the color is pretty exact to the picture here online.
All that being said, I usually buy my pants on WM, or when they are on sale here, and this is the most I have ever spent on a pair of pants, and to be honest, I really don't feel like I gained enough from these to justify the nearly 60 bucks I put down for these-but now that they are here, there is no way I'm giving them back.

Go with the image. Our writers do an awesome job, but sometimes they don't have the product in front of them when writing the tech specs. With thousands of items, there are bound to be some mistakes. Good lookin out though.
