Description

Weapons-grade bananas for big 'ol boots.

According to Lib Tech you don't need a quiver if you've got one board that kills it all over the mountain. Like for example, the Attack Banana EC2 BTX wide snowboard. Think of it as a wider adaptation of the cult classic Skate Banana, that gets a boost of all-terrain prowess by adding EC2 to the equation. The result is a more powerful ride than the Skate Banana, and more forgiveness than the aggressive C2 boards. In other words, your freeride board slays rails, and your rail board rips the pipe. We know, it sounds bananas, and we're totally into it.

The Attack Banana is built on Lib's EC2 BTX rocker profile. Basically, that means that there's rocker between the bindings, while the tip and tail have a modest degree of camber. The result is a loose, catch free ride that feels about halfway between the freestyle fun of the Skate Banana, and the more aggressive C2 boards, like the T.Rice pro model. It gets better with Magne-Traction edges, which place seven strategic bumps along the edges. The bumps are bigger between the feet, which concentrates most of the grip there for a ride feeling that's a lot like your skateboard. Plus it's a true twin, for unrestricted switch trickery.

The Columbian Gold core uses sustainably harvested wood for a board that's light, and snappy. Power Transfer internal sidewalls crank up the durability, and they're buffered by UHMW external sidewalls for impact resistance. The Teflon infused TNT base holds up to jibbing and runs fast even when you forget to wax it for a few days. Best of all, you can rest easy knowing that your snowboard was built with eco-friendly materials by snowboarders with jobs.

pretty decent video review of the attack banana. the reviewer describes it as a more versatile version of the Skate Banana, and I think that sounds pretty accurate.
