Description

Keeping the magic alive, even when snow conditions go to shit.

Ideal for adventurous all-mountain freestyle shredders with big boots, the Lib Tech Banana Magic BTX Wide Snowboard transcends traditional snowboard design. The aggressive, mysterious sidecut and custom-tuned, enhanced version of Banana Tech make for a catch-free ride that's jaw-droppingly stable. Horsepower construction and the Columbian Gold core mean this thing is not only environmentally friendly—it's also absurdly lightweight.
  • Numerically-enhanced Banana Tech places Lib's highest rocker between the feet and blended camber zones at the contact points for a super-floaty yet stable feel
  • Horsepower construction uses basalt fibers instead of fiberglass—it's lighter, poppier, damper, and uses fewer toxins during manufacturing
  • Mega-light Columbian Gold core uses sustainably-farmed, snowboard-specific wood
  • Enhanced Magne-Traction serrated edges provide reliable edge control and powerful turns, even on ice
  • Glow-in-the-dark sidewalls won't help you ride better, but they're still pretty cool
  • Bioplastic bean-based topsheet is tough and good for the environment

Would hybrid camber be good for freestyle...

Would hybrid camber be good for freestyle and park? I am basically trying to avoid having to buy 2 boards because I don't want to be limited to just one area of a mountain. I want to be able to go from park to shredding to gettin some big air.

Hey there, the rocker technology is designed for freestyle; the tip and tails are raised off of the ground to prevent catching... This particular board isn't going to be as stable at speed/feel like a traditional board because its mostly rocker... I personally like the Rossignol One; its the best of both worlds...

I can't tell what the camber is on this? The hybrid (Enhanced Banana) camber isn't really specific enough. Also, I can imagine this board is good for freestyle and powder but what about a park? Can I go from hittin jumps to hittin a box or a rail and still jib?

its like an exaggerated version of the EC2 on the attack banana, between C2 and straight BTX. its a little stiff for jibs, it does everything else very well though. check the board insiders banana vs banana vs banana review
