The pants are only shells, so layer up if it's cold. Don't wear your denim underneath. They will withstand the elements really well though!

Awesome pants...fit loose and baggy....VERY, VERY light weight and comfortable. You can barely tell that they're on! The picture's don't do the orange pants justice though. They are more of a fluorescent orange...very bright! Lib Tech did a good job keepin it real with mad steez!
Unfortunately, i have not shredded in em' yet...i'll write another review when i do. I have no doubts about the pants and their performance though. So don't hesitate to buy them if u dig them.

Since these pants are already pretty loose, so I would go with your regular waist size. Size small = 30" waist, medium = 32". I suggest size small.
