Lib Technologies Dark Series C2BTX Snowboard - 2010
Thanks to the C2BTX hybrid rocker/camber shape, the Lib Tech Dark Series Snowboard helps you lay waste to the entire mountain, feasting upon the souls of limp-tailed rocker boards that can’t hold an edge at speed. The snappy flex and directional twin shape deliver the power you need to boost large and maintain control through sketchy run-outs.
C2 Power Banana shape places camber under your feet and rocker in-between for a loose, fun ride that still carves through turns
Columbian Gold core uses snowboard-specific, genetically-engineered wood for insane pop and light weight
3D Bamboo Org throttles raise your bindings slightly for increased turning power
Magne-Traction edges add five contact points to offer exceptional grip, even on icy snow
Basalt fibers are blended with traditional fiberglass for a more eco-friendly construction that increases pop and dampens the ride
3D power transfer spines improve energy transmission to edges
Bottom Line: Harness the forces of evil to rip apart everything at tooth-rattling velocity.
So i've been rocking last years version of the Skate Banana Btx series and i had a few problems with the time it took to switch from edge to edge on tight cornering in the rail park and even to switch to different jump paths quickly. The other problem i had with it was that personally i found it not to have that much pop in it. The magnatraction was amazing on it though but i would like to know about the dark series is how good the flex is on it and if the pop is nice and high.
I simply love this deck! The first thing I noticed was the precise turns. It has some crazy pop and the magna traction is exactly what I needed on those icy days. Your buddys will be complaining about the sketchy conditions while you're out killing it!

i just got the 161 normal width. i'm 5' 10" 190-195 lbs. i prefer my boards just a tad longer and could have done with the 158. techie said the 161 would be just a tad more stiff at the core and better for bombing, which i prefer. this board is sick. had a t6 162 before, which was perfect length. can't wait too ride this thing.
this board is the best thing ever. when you pull it outta the package, you notice two things 1. it is way light and 2. it feels way durable and popy. the board is perfect for ppl who lke poppy fast, and controlable boards. it is the best one out there. and the service here is much better than any other website.
You can go for a 158 no prob. I'm 5'10''ish and `190lbs and ride a 152. I know someone bigger than you who rides a 159, so basically whatever is comfortable to you. Unless you're on a tiny board its not going to break or anything.
I am 6'1 170 size 11 boots, I prefer a smaller board for jibbs, but still ride plenty pow..Would this board do work? I ride a 151 GNU chb BTX i just want something a little larger..
