Kids love fun, bananas, and snowboarding, which is why Lib Tech built the Lib Ripper kid's snowboard. It's basically a scaled-down version of the award-winning Skate Banana, and fine-tuned for your little ripper's effortless progression. It's got the same BTX rocker profile and Magne-Traction edges, which blend deep snow float with hard-pack edgehold and a catch-free ride. We know, it sounds crazy, but if you've ridden a Skate Banana before, you know it's no joke. Snowboarding is the funnest thing ever, and it's even more fun when your mini-shred's got a banana strapped to their feet.
The BTX rocker profile puts rocker between the feet, and a flat/mild camber outside the feet. The result is effortless control in any imaginable snow condition. Magne-Traction edges place seven strategic bumps along the edge, with the biggest bumps between the feet. The result is insane amounts of edge hold and a ride feel that's a lot like a skateboard. The Columbian Gold core is tuned specifically for little guys and girls to get rad, just like their favorite rider. The Power Transfer internal sidewalls and UHMW external sidewalls make the Lib Ripper super durable. The TNT extruded base is infused with Teflon, so it slides fast even if you don’t wax it every day, and it's easy to repair if you need to.
