Lib Technologies Skate Banana Original BTX Snowboard

It's been a while since the OG banana literally flipped the script on the snowboard world. Today, the Lib Tech Skate Banana Original BTX Snowboard is just as relevant and versatile as it was on day one.

  • Banana Tech is built with a rockered platform between the feet, a flat section under the inserts, and a mild camber toward the ends
  • The result of the Banana Tech is freestyle-centric pressure between the feet and a catch-free feeling at the furthest contact points
  • Magnetraction technology places extra contact points along the edge, which creates a serrated knife effect for optimum traction on all types of snowpack including ice and crud
  • H-Pop wood-alloy core uses rocker-specific tapering to harmonize with the reverse-camber shape to increase pop without interrupting the forgiving flex
  • Power Transfer Internal Sidewalls reinforce the sidewalls with an internal 90-degree wall built to resist and absorb sidewall, edge, and core-damaging impacts
  • Twin geometry rides even going both ways, delivering a skate-like feel designed for all terrain
  • Transworld Snowboarding Magazine Good Wood Award repeat winner
  • Designed, tested, and built in the USA

Bottom Line: The archetype rocker.

like the title the skate banana is a great board. But make sure to measure the board for the inserts to make sure its a true twin. I happened to have a factory defect but i sent it back to dogfunk and they sent back a new skate banana for me.

If you ride a lot of powder, I'd go 159 for the extra float. But if it's not going to be a powder board for you, either size will be fun for you. If you want a more playful ride, go with the 156. In a size 11 boot, you probably dont need the wide version.

I`m new to snowboarding and that`s the first season I`m riding.
Have already bought the Burton SLX shoes, and now I`m looking for a board and bindings.
What binding would you recommend with this board? I`m looking towards Burton medium stiff bindings to fit great with my shoes.
Maybe Cartel or Prophecy? I prefer all-mountain and backcountry, but not park.

I think the wide option will be better for you. You'll be able to ride the right size baord for you without toe drag.

Hey, I am 5'7'' and weigh 230lbs. I have been snowboarding about 7 or 8 times and am absolutely loving it. I have always just rented a board, boots, and bindings at the park but now I am looking to purchase my own. I'm a size 10 boot so what size board would you recommend for my height, weight, boot size?

By far the best park board ever ridden.I had the ns evo and the that was ok. but the skate banana is honestly alot better. Pop is better, super easy to butter, jibs and spins are at ease, jumping is too good. The durability is too durable. throw anything at this board. bottom line if you like park get this with a pair of Union Force bindings and you got the best park set up of the year. The best part is with dog funks returns and exchange policy you can get the new version of the skate banana and bindings every year no charge. I have been getting the new version of boards every year for free. And I am from Canada so you can still exchange every year free!!!

You could ride the narrow or the wide! The Narrow might give you a little more control, But either way you should be fine! ^^^ And you aren't limited to Roxy boards being a female^^^

Unfortunately Dogfunk does not ship to Russia. If you know someone in a country that we do ship to you could always have it sent to them. Here's a list of countries we do ship to:
