Attention adrenaline junkies.

Do you spend your days traversing out gates and hiking up unforgiving terrain in search of fresh powder and heart-racing lines? Got a craving for adrenaline that can only be satisfied by dropping huge cliffs and straightlining down ass-puckering chutes? You have a fever, and the only prescription is the Lib Tech T.Rice Pro Model C2-BTX Pointy Snowboard. A freestyle monster with freeride in its blood, the T.Rice Pro Pointy features a pointed nose and is longer than its blunt-nosed counterpart to give it effortless float in bottomless snow and greater stability when you're charging down steeps.

C2 BTX Power Banana technology features rocker between the bindings for a floaty and forgiving ride in powder, with camber zones extending from the bindings to the tip and tail to give it a more aggressive feel that provides edge hold on hard pack and pop off of jumps. Magne-Traction edges are serrated to slice through ice likes it's fresh corduroy, making carving on bulletproof slopes child's play.  A true twin shape and centered stance allows you to ride switch in pow and centers your weight when you're landing so you don't wheelie out.

Travis also knows that as snowboarders we need to protect our planet in order to continue doing what we love, which is why the T.Rice Pro is made right here in America using environmentally-friendly materials. The Bio Bean topsheet is made from castor beans instead of petroleum-based plastics, the lightweight and strong H-Pop wood core comes from fast-growing, sustainably harvested trees so you're not contributing to the destruction of the rainforests, and soy-based polymers are used in the sidewalls instead of toxic ABS.

Does exactly what it says on the tin!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought this board for a 2 week trip to Japan, to ride what is arguably the best powder in the world, and it didn't disappoint. I was coming off a previous season Jamie Lynn, and it took me a a few runs to get used to, but its absolutely awesome in fresh powder. I didn't like it as much as the Jamie Lynn on the groomers/ moguls, i didn't find it as manoeuvrable, but in the powder and through the trees it was extremely trustworthy and went where I wanted to go. Highly recommend this board to anyone going back country, or off piste in deep powder. I would look elsewhere for the groomers and normal snow conditions tho. Jamie Lynn is probably a better option
