I've heard great things, and figured I'd try it myself, Thumbs up here

Is it normal for a dark wax to leave dark patches on a board with a white base? I spread it very evenly with the iron but some of the base is dark now and some is still totally white. and will it stay that way now?
Yep that's normal and expected with a dark wax. Any colored wax is going to show some on a white base. It will eventually wear or scrape off. If you don't like it, I'd recommend getting a white or light colored wax next!

Does it go on black, because i have a old atomic board that i would like to use, but it has a dead panda on the bottom and I'm a girl and thats not so fun. So i want something to cover it up, i stickered the top and it looks great if you have any other ideas about the bottom let me know please!
This stuff steps me goin all day I don't weight too much n I was cooking past my heavier normally faster friends
nothing else beter
for people to say it's slow or sticky, ur 1 of three things. 1, a misinformed idiot, 2, u ride a walmart board and that's why it's slow, or 3, ur not using the wax right. Personally, when u rub on any wax it doesn't perform as well and is very temporary. I hot wax it the right way, then scrape and buff it so that it looks like glass. and I no it's not the board that is fast because I did an experiment. when I bought my new k2darkstar, it comes with minimal amounts of cheap wax on it. I did a run with my board like that and my gps clocked me at 41.3 mph at the fastest. then I waxed it with this and I clocked 49.0. That's a big difference when ur racing or need momentum for the flats. u don't get stuck on the cut up boxes either.
It says that this is rub on, does that...
It says that this is rub on, does that mean that you can't use an iron to apply it?
U can hot wax it to. It just means u can rub it on if u need to.
First!!!!!!! Ive used this stuff before and its better than other stuff that i have used before. Its a little harder so its more difficult to scrape off when you hot iron it, but its worth the extra work. if you're going slow u cn stop at the lodge and rub it on too for a quick and temporary fix when you can't keep up

how many grams are in this, and how long does one last about?
I got mine to last 6 iron sessions. It's 80 grams I believe but u don't need much it spreads nice and smooth :)
Maybe not the best out there.....
Magical has been a decent wax company for me. I have tried almost their entire line-up because seeing as where I live, conditions change drastically from day to day. Sooo always have to be on the up and up. BUT magical is a good company to go for in my opinion. I have been riding for quite a few years and have tried Dakine, Oneballjay, Pom-pom etc. Was a lil sketchy trying out a rub-on, seeing as I spent over $125 on my waxing kit. But after a few uses, it kinda changed my mind. Decently fast, and got me to whatever I needed to hit. I still love the melt on bec it makes me feel like im actually getting the wax where I need it(eventho you realistically can melt this on, whitch is what I opted to do anyways. But I do like to follow directions). But it is very seldom to have a bad time with this stuff. Take care of your board and it will take care of you
Whats the difference in this wax and the...
Whats the difference in this wax and the thunder snow all temp wax. I bought that one and i havent tried it out yet. im gonna head out to the slopes this weekend.
It all depends on what kind of base you have. Some base's tend to blend better with certain waxes than others. Only difference I have found is that the thunder carries a lil more speed through flats and the grease lightning performes better on tables and rails. But I have used both on my Machine and its really dependant on what I wanna ride for the day. Both are decent wax's tho
Kris mcgregor is right about the base. the grease lightning is denser so it is beter for extruded bases. the thunder wax is also better if u want speed but I like the lightning better because it still carries almost as much speed but excels so much in the park on butters and eccelerating in short distances and such.
I strongly disagree with the reviews stating this wax is slow. It's true that it's not one of the faster waxes out there, but I've managed to get great speed using this wax. I think it all comes down to the base material of your board and your waxing/buffing skills.
But yea, this wax has a strong candy-like smell. The smell just took over my room when I opened the shipment package, and now I have to keep it hidden under a hat or in the drawer to keep the smell from spreading. Don't get me wrong, the wax smells great, but it's too strong to keep it out in the open. Anyway, this ones my first Magical Go-Go wax, and I'm willing to try more of their stuff in the future.
Great Wax! However use sparingly. This wax is super smooth and you can glide forever! Word of advice... A few drips can go forever!
this wax is too sticky its terrible i kept tripping and it just overall was terrible i recomond not to buy it
This stuff is the absolutely best wax on the market. And the best part bout it is when your hot waxing it makes your whole house smell soooooo amazing and when you not using it throw your hat on top of it and infuse it with flavor!
