I bought these in a 34, when I wear a 32, and they fit like an actual nice pair of pants would. Sometimes you just gotta look nice, and be able to skate. What I always notice, is with ALL my cords I own, they always rip in the crotch. ALWAYS. lol
Don’t worry about it tho, these are my fav. Pair out of about 12 pairs of pants.
You will not be disappointed.
so comfy....maybe too comfy?

These pants 're all like "yo, wassup rockers?" Word son. But then I skated in them for a few hours and my johnson was all like "yo, wassup rip in the crotch."
no, fer reealZ. these cords rulez it. but they really did rip in the crotchal area after a few hours skating. these kats returned them for me no problem and i was torn (no pun) cuz I wanted to get more but wasn't sure if they'd rip again or not. So anyway- I think the pants are rad, great fit, great feel, nice stretch...but they didn't work out so great for me. If you aren't gonna skate in them, I'd say get them.
