Started to rip within a few days, and when they get wet they seem to enhance the cold by about 10 times as much.

These gloves are sick. I love them. They aren't to bulky which I like. But when they get soaked Your hands get soaked to. Which is why I would recommend these for park riding or half pipe. (which they are made for) and not backcountry and powder. But overall they are awsome gloves. Fabric is nice and breathable and stretchy.
