These thing are sized generously, but if you're going for a baggier look than yes you should size up.

Really comfortable and pretty warm. It has thumbholes, which I like, so that's a plus. The hood is kinda small, so if you have a big head, you might want to buy a beanie or something. There's velcro to cover the zipper. The material is like sport-short material, so try not to catch it on brick walls or the velcro, or it will get fuzzy instead of being smooth. Overall, definitely a good buy.
