For shredding all fall.
If you've been riding long before it earned a title as an "extreme sport," you're probably not a huge fan of the latest "fad" in skateboarding. However, the recent influx of technology and innovation into shoes has the potential to stand the test of time. One shoe that's worth a second glance is the Nike Hybred Boot.
Nike's Hybred Boot is one of the more pricey options available, but price is countered with all of the bells and whistles that you want. The uppers are suede lined with a padded mesh sock liner — one of the few on the market. This liner serves to provide extra cushioning on the ankle and top of the foot in order to minimize bruising. It should be noted, however, that the mesh is not highly breathable. In fact, this shoe is perfect for cooler fall and spring conditions. Suede uppers are placed on a combination of a Lunarlon midsole and a Koston 1 sole. This combination provides excellent foot support with grip that you want from a board shoe. The shoe is finished with a three-hole lace.
