Nike sucks

Ive gotten these boots for two years in a row because they were the best comfort wise. But they pack out so much, more than a half a size. The second year the spine broke in less than a season and i looked into the warrenty and it wasnt covered. Back to thirtytwo for life.

Just got these in for the new season. The lacing system is a bit complicated at first. I'm trying to figure out what will be the fastest and easiest way to get these boots on and off. What do you guys do? Keep the liner in or take them out?

I got these in a couple of weeks ago and tried them out on the mountain, they are a little on the stiff side, so they are an all mountain boot. Super comfy though, worth the money all the way!

Comfy Support

By:
November 30, 2011

On my second pair, First pair lasted 2 seasons (130+days). I am an ALL Mtn. Rider, not much of a jibber def a jumper and by no means a park rat. I Love this boot, it's the most comfortable boot I have ever had! Fits a half size bigger than shoe size, I wear an 8.5 shoe and have bought both pair of boots in a size 9. I Love the ankle straps on the ZF1's vs. the other Nike boots, I like it tight! I also like the quick release and tightening of the inner and outer laces. Only boot I have bought back to back in 14yrs of riding!

They carve awesome! You would want a softer boot if your doing all park.

So being an all-mountain rider, do these give you enough support/stiffness for carving or are they more super soft meant for park riding?

Buy them a half size bigger than your shoe size, I have had two pair and that's what works for me.

yea I bought a pair last season. only rode them about 10 days but the size difference is definitely noticeable. still ridiculously comfortable, but if you want a snug fit, i'd go a little smaller

Very Stiff

By:
March 11, 2012

These boots are stiff. If you ride park stay away. Great for free-riding and carving. They are pretty light. The lacing system is kind of a pain. I've been using Burton boots with the speed lacing system for the past 6 years and I miss them already.

how is the break in time on these boots, and are they a wider taller toe box or a skinnier and shorter toe box?

These Nikes have a narrow width and lots of room in the toe box.

Well, if you've ever put on Nikes—and the majority of people have, the fit is spot on. I'd say the width is a smidgen narrower at first then they tend to pack out to the advertised size.

Stiff

By:
March 3, 2012

Got these boots about a month ago. Knew right away I wasn't a fan. They were too stiff for my liking, so I figured I'd give them a few weeks in hopes to break them in. Im a park rider and I feel like i can't lock in boardslides like a can with other boots. I would no doubt call these all mountain boots. Super comfy, but not for freestyle.
