The Nikita Women’s Hasselah Hooded Zipped Vest says it’s a vest, but it actually has little half-sleeves. That means you can wear this hoody over a tank top in the summer and you won’t be sporting the rather odd vest-without-any-sleeves-underneath look. Layer a long-sleeve shirt under this Nikita hoody in the fall.

This runs bigger than I thought it would, so I had to exchange it for a smaller size. I first got the sea green colored one, but it when I got it, it was a lot more green looking than it did on my monitor. I was expecting a slightly more turquoise-y color, so in addition to changing the size, I switched to the tea green color, so the color was a little bit more subdued. If you want the oversized look, go with the size you would normally get from nikita, but if you don't want it to look so baggy, then go for a size smaller. Part of the reason I wanted a smaller size for a better fit was because I prefer the smaller hip look, but unfortunately, my hips are not all too small, so going with a smaller size helped my hips not look so large. The pockets and the scrunching of the pockets and the baggy look kind of accentuates the hips a little especially since my upper torso is smaller. Even still, I love the design and everything!
