Nitro T1 Snowboard - 2012

The zero-camber, park-tuned T1 Snowboard is the deck of choice for Nitro team riders Bryan Fox and Markus Keller due to it's dialed flex and versatile shape that rips everywhere from park laps to backcountry booter sessions. All-new for 2013 is the new Pop Band fiberglass reinforcement for extra snap without extra stiffness, and Whiplash core profiling to maximize pressing power and ollie leverage.

  • New Whiplash profiling thins out the core between the inserts and beefs it up under your feet for max ollie power and locked-in presses
  • Zero-Camber flat profile for more float and fewer edge hangups without compromising pop or stability
  • Railkiller edges are thicker than normal to resist damage from rails, boxes, and rocks
  • New Pop Band uses strategic fiberglass for extra pop without extra torsional stiffness
  • Park Flex is soft enough to press, but snappy enough to ollie over a slow sign
  • Biaxial fiberglass for a forgiving flex and easy turn initiation
  • Sintered Speed Formula base for speed and durability—just make sure to wax once in a while

Bottom Line: Shred and destroy.

Buttery as hell, this think is so much fun to ride. The flat camber is perfect keep you from catching edges when you don't land perfect and still gives you plenty of pop. I rode a burton nug and a hero this season and I will take this over either of those in a heart beat.

the T1 is a flat camber board and the subzero is a hybrid. the T1 is a medium soft and the subzero is soft. Which board you want really all depneds on what your riding style is, what conditions you ride in and how you want the board to perform.

If you like a board that is playful and fun in and out of the park - the Nitro T1 is the board for you. Zero Camber combined with the Whiplash core profile so you can press like a pro but still hit jumps without washing out.
