Ride on air.
A favorite boot of the entire Nitro team, the Men's Team TLS has a medium flex for all-mountain freestyle riding. Featuring a double dose of air cushioning within the heel of the outsole and the footbed, the Nitro Team TLS Snowboard Boot stomps flat landings and icy transitions without inflicting nasty heel bruises or sore ankles.
Adding the convenience of dual-zone quicklacing, Nitro has incorporated the TLS 4 lacing system for easy tightening within two specific zones. Keep the lower area super tight for high levels of response and loosen the upper zone for some tweakability. You can truly customize these boots to any specific riding style by tightening or loosening each independent zone to your individual tastes. A bailout system makes taking these boots off a breeze, simply tug on the pull tab and the shell opens up, easily allowing you to remove the boots without working up a sweat.
On the inside of the these boots you'll find a new Faction liner, which is ultra lightweight and heat-moldable. Signature latex heel pads are featured on the inside liner for greater foot stability—preventing sloppy fit and heel lift. An Internal Lacing System(ILS) snugly wraps around the liner itself, providing a precise tightness and feel when laced up.

great fit and feel
just tried on these boots/ so nice the first time i tried it on/ got two of them in different size a8.5 and a 9 returned the 8.5 the size 9 that i uasually wear they were true to size, reduced footprint, light good all around flex, the lacing system is awesome I have a wide foot so this really feals nice right out the box/
So last year i got the Anthems and they were a nice boot but to soft for riding style so I upgraded to the stiffer Teams for this season. Finding the right size was a little harder then I thought. I usually rock an 11.5 but this year for some weird reason I had to go with a 10.5. When I initially put them on they were awfully tight around the toe box then I laced them up and fit heel slid right back in to the heel cup and locked it down and made a good amount of room in the toe box. Right now they are a little tight but I know that they well pack out 1/4-1/2 size which is exactly where i want it to be. But there is no movement from my heel at all, they are super comfortable, refined TLS, packed with cushion for those hard landings.
