Nixon Player Watch - Men's

What else needs to be said. Sick watch. The newer ones are a little smaller face than the old school players, but they still look good. Dont be too fooled by the band though. Nixon takes PRO pics, but when you get it in the mail, the band will not look quite as two toned as is shown on their website. Extra links are also included which are SO NICE for the extra steezy loose look.

The Player is such a good all-around erry day kind of watch. I bought it for my boyfriend in the Gunmetal, and have seen it dressed up, worn with the every-day jeans, and worn around in work out clothes. Bottom of the line- it looks good every time.
I would hands down recommend this guy, super classy and functional!

Its an ok watch. So many people have this watch that its just accepted as a regular watch now. If you're going for uniqueness then just don't buy this watch but for a watch it is decent. I will leave the other things aside in my review.

Based stricly off its looks and feel, it feels flimsy, the wristband portion of the watch where the lock is, it feels like a very thin metal, almost like plastic. I thought I was holding a toy when I was holding this watch. The metal isn't too high quality and the watch itself does look cool though I saw too many flaws with it.

Overall a decent watch, but I would recommend something better if you have the money.

I love this watch! I'm a bit of a timepiece collector and this one I wear more than most of my 26. The small player just isn't big enough for me, so I chose the regular player. Dressed up or down, it looks great. I have it in Gunmetal and it's one of my favorite colorways.

If you're already a player, you know this watch'll look bomb on your wrist, and if you're not, it'll make you one. Get at it.

I bought the antique brown, and after a few days, my wrist started to turn green. I spoke with the guru, and a exchange was in the works. excellent service and immediate shipment of my new, All Black watch is enough to deserve a perfect 5! When you wear The Playa, it can goes perfect for casual, dress, or friday nights in college town!

I would give this a five, because it is a really really nice looking watch, but it scratches very easily (dont let that discourage you from buying it) but after the second scratch you dont pay much attention them anymore. Also, this is not a watch meant to tell time, it is mainly for aesthetics.

I have the Nixon Cannon, and I was looking for a slight upgrade when I bought the player. It's a major upgrade. It's nice and heavy, has a thick face, and looks great. The diamond is pretty p-i-m-p, too! I ordered this sucker in black face/silver band

It is a bitchin watch. Nice and heavy. It will be a while before I buy another watch. When I do though, it will be a Nixon.

I've been thinking about buying them for almost two years now. I finally did it and guess I won't regret it. Gunmetall is a beautiful color. The watch is a bit lighter than I thought, so it felt a kind of cheap in the beginning. But now I think it's definitely worth the money. Still, not comperable to a $1000 watch when it comes to quality. (Not that I own one) But the look is priceless.

Sickest Watch I've ever had, get it!!!

I got the all black player for my sixteenth birthday, i thought it was the greatest thing out there and was thoroughly impressed... then i wore it for a few weeks. It scratches far too easily. Its now been three years that I've worn it off and on for and it wore closely resembles the two tone than the all black. It has been a decent watch but the hour hand is now three quarters of an hour off (12:00 looks more like 1:00). For the price i would have expected a bit more durability.

Great watch. I love the way it looks and fits. I am 6' tall, of average build, and the watch is not to big or small. Plus you got to love the deal you get from dogfunk.

I live in the UK and this watch is paticularly expensive here. I'm sixteen so dont have alot of money and I worked for 6 full days in order for me to afford it. It looks expensive but I bought it 2 months ago and the time wont change on it. Also, the hour hand has now got stuck on elleven. Im just hoping that it doesn't fall off otherwise I will email my complaints to nixon watches countless times. Dont buy this watch!!!!!!!!!!

one time i wore this watch skating because it looks cool..i fell and tried to catch myself and i came pretty close to breaking my wrist, so i wouldn't wear it when your skating. it seems like the face scratches easy also, but its a very nice watch and i really like it

I bought this watch thinking it was going to be the big baller watch that the "player" used to be....this watch however is the newer version and it seems that Nixon sized it down ALOT.....when I opened it up I thought that I got the womens watch due to it's dainty size....however it was in fact the mens. This was very disappointing and I have returned the watch in hopes of locating an older TRUE player watch.

I bought the antique brown watch, and it seemed like it was a great watch. there was a good weight to it, and felt very well made. However, after a couple days, the inside of the band wore down, and turned my wrist green! I loved the watch, and it deff got the compliments from others. So i got the All Black version. worth the buy!

I got the black with white face. Its so rad. Has the diamond on the 6. Very sleek design. I have a small wrist so I had to take it somewhere to have some links taken off. Another cool feature is it has a security lock. You need to press on both sides to open which is great for me because I loose everything!

it's hard to go wrong when your rockin the player. It has a nice clean look and an average size face, I think it would add a lot to the watch if they made it a little bigger, but it does the job. This watch is famous and will make any old scrub look like a baller. It might not be 10 karats but at least your showing off your diamond collection.
