Nixon Rubber Player Watch

Just received my Nixon Rubber Player Blue X today, came very quick with free 2 day shipping so didn't have to drive out to the mall & waste the gas doing so. First time writing a review, solely because this watch is bad ass. I have never put on such a comfortable watch, and the Blue X color is not as vibrant as it is in the picture, which in my opinion is a good thing. But the watch is so far great, I will update probably in a couple months or so when i come back to buy another Nixon on this site. I had previously bought the Nixon Quattro, which in my opinion I think is a beautiful and just as bad ass as this watch, but my issue with the matte black band is that scratching and scuffing was visible after one day of regular wear and tear. I returned it and bought this watch instead because of the comfortable silicone band. Thank you Dogfunk for such great service, prices, and outstanding offers, such as the free 2 day shipping. I highly recommend this watch if you want something comfortable, elegant but flashy, professional yet sporty, and reliable with the satisfaction knowing its waterproof! Thanks again Dogfunk & Nixon!

I don't own this exact piece but I do own the Rubber Player in green. It is by far one of the filthiest pieces I have ever picked up from Nixon.

Fits great with multiple locking hooks and a buckle to keep the strap from flying all over the place.

Every day I wear this piece random strangers give me comments on it and how sweet it is.

I was in orlando checking out watches and found a seafoam rubber player for 75$ i was super stoked, love it because of the unique color, the watch is extremely comfortable, and everyone wants it hahaaa. I recommend this watch to everyone.

I picked the white one up a few days ago when the price was down to $87.50, instead of $150. I'm not sure why it was so low, but I couldn't resist. The free 2 day shipping got it to my house quick, and i haven't taken it off since. The face was a little bigger than I expected, but definitely still looks great. The band is smooth and comfortable, and any lint that gets stuck to it is easily wiped off. i highly recommend this watch, but as of now, the price is $175, so i would at least wait for it to drop down to the normal price of $150.

so everyone loves this watch... i mean it's a dudes watch but chicks can rock it too. it's super big so i suggest going to try it on first but if you love to shred any type of boarding you can prolly pull it off.

I picked this watch up about two weeks ago and haven't taken it off since. I have the White piece, and whenever I work, nearly every chick I encounter has to comment on it. Get one of these and let the ladies come to you..

Matte Black came in the mail yesterday and it hasn't left my wrist since. The gold accents are killer and the fit is like a glove. Dust and fibers are visible after a while but a quick rinse takes care of that. Can't wait to get more colors!

I got a compliment on this watch after wearing it for less than an hour after i got it. It's pretty comfortable and sustainable.

such a good looking watch, sick rubber feel and look to it. be careful though, have a few scratches on the glass though, but then again i wear it all day every day and am too lazy to take it off at my job moving furniture so it that's more my fault. dope style though, always getting compliments on it

I got the green two years ago for christmas. I actually wanted the purple, but ended up changing my mind and sticking with the green. I'm not a huge watch person, but I wear this one all the time, and get so many compliments. I'm waiting for a sale, and then I'll get another color.

I have a Nixon watch which i like very much. But who writes these descriptions? You're referencing beating a woman? The worst of humanity are those who pick on someone below them or those unable to defend themselves. Big thumbs down for supporting, condoning or making light of someone who beats their girlfriend.

Got the all black and it fits like a glove. No wrist pressure points or anything. I got a Small wrist and it fits me with 2 links to spare. Not really meant for telling time just meant for style.

i got this in the limited red and its sweet. bigger than it seems online but still sick. its always getting compliments, and seems ******g invulnerable to anything, i put it through all kinds of ***t and it still looks awesome.

i got the white rubber player and i love it. i get complaments on it every day at school. super fly and fresh, cant go wrong with this watch, girls dig it... alot.

This is the best watch I have ever owned. Rocked the original player until I found this. Fits super comfortably and is very light. Will withstand almost any kind of damage. I get compliments on it whenever I wear it, which is all the time! The only problem I have with my Orange Fluro is that the edges of the watch seem to have turned black with discoloration that won't come off. Not sure if this is the case with only the fluro glo series or all? Anyone else have this problem? Solutions?

Awesome. shred, shower, swim, canoe trip, and everything else with this watch (black one-derrrty) still looks fresh. diamond is shiny and very classy, while the rubber band says your not a rapper or a CEO . definately worth the buy

wish I had bought the black with white face and dials...the black with grey is almost unreadable...would send it back to swap it if that were allowed...otherwise the watch is fine, real comfortable on the wrist

Silicone strap is comfortable, tactile, and damn near unlike anything you've ever worn on your wrist, while the timepiece itself is money in the bank, from church to the dancefloor. Swoop one to match your dress shoes, and another to match your Dunks.

way to revive the old Nixon classic. this rubber version of the Player is the SICKEST thing if have seen in a while! this watch fits great on guys or gals, and if you grab it in black, it'll kit well with anything. the silicone band has a sturdy feel to it, and isn't at all uncomfortable to wear.

Awesome watch!! I got the bright pink one and the color is amazing. The watch is really comfortable and good for wearing anywhere. I really like it because I can wear it all day at work and then go to the gym with it on.

This watch fits really nice probably one of my favorite in my collection. I actually own two I love it so much. The diamond really makes for a nice blinging sparkle around town. Its been really durable as well, haven't noticed a single scuff mark or scratch yet.
