To my knowledge, it does nothing. Those little panels change every second. I never understood it, but I love this watch the most in my collection. If you're thinking of buying, then buy.

Damn straight it does! Also has a temperature gauge, dual time, count down timer, alarm, and a light. All you'll need is a grappling hook, and a black turtleneck, and you're in business!
