Nomis Simon Says Insulated Jacket - Men's - 2010

If your friend Simon told you to jump off a cliff, would you do it? You would while wearing the Nomis Simon Says Insulated Jacket on the deepest day of the season. He didn’t tell you to stick the landing, though, and with the Simon’s powder skirt, wrist gaiters, and fulltime hood you don’t have to worry about snow avalanching into your upper layers as you tumble through it. While you dig yourself out, the shell’s DWR coating keeps the sticky snow out and a layer of insulation holds your body heat close so you don’t freeze before you can climb out of your massive bomb hole.

  • Critically taped seams and waterproof zippers keep the snow and melting snow out as you ride
  • Cool off your working body with the mesh-lined underarm vents
  • Adjustable hood and soft collar give your face a place to hide on stormy days

Bottom Line: Simon is a jerk, but the Simon Says has your back.

XL Tall would be the way to go. XL really won't be baggy on you.

What I'm looking for is a jacket that can keep me warm with no layers, just the jacket, and it has to "pop." In a way I would like to be topless underneath and not get cold. So my question(s) is as fallows;
Is this jacket good for cold weather(32 and below)?
Does this jacket have a pocket for a music player on the inside?
Does the powder skirt clip, or button when connected?
Is there a material that covers the zipper at the top near your mouth? I don't want to get my lips stuck to it when its cold... haha
thank you for your time

I heard Nomis jackets are a bit bigger than other brand jackets.

I heard Nomis jackets are a bit bigger than other brand jackets. So if I am 5.7 should I go for small or medium size? BTW any nice pants to suit this jacket (electric blue) Thanks

Nugara, I'm stoked you like the NOMIS Simon Says! Yes, NOMIS jackets typically fit slightly bigger/longer than most brands. I would still suggest the size Medium, as it's nice to have a little extra room for layering!!! Also, here is a suggestion on the pants...

NOMIS Denim Shell pant:
