When you feel cold, throw on the Nomis Men’s Touch Insulated Jacket, close your eyes, and touch yourself. A Teflon-DWR-treated nylon shell protects the Touch’s polyfill insulation so you stay toasty all day long. Lycra wrist gaiters cover your hands, whether you're being filthy or just reaching into a pocket to change your tunes. And taped critical seams complete the ménage to make sure you’re warm and dry. Open up the mesh lined vents when it gets too hot, and tomahawk through the pow knowing your iPod is protected by Pop Color Contrast Waterproof Zippers.

Write your question here...if im about 6;1 174 pounds what size should i get and i want it a little baggy for next year? should i just stick to the xl?
Yeah I would get an XL. I'm 5'11" and only 145 lbs and I got a L, fits me perfect for a slightly oversized fit. For your size, it would probably be fairly snug if you got a L.
This jacket is wicked sick. I have last years model and could not be more happy with it. Im 6'/170lbs, lean, and because my arms are apey, I usually go for a Large. But the Medium fit perfect and I still have a lil length on the arms and torso. But I like mine a lil snugger, so I opted for the Medium. This jacket performed more like a 20k/20g jacket, ATLEAST. Its only rated as a 10k/10g jacket, but I think it Performes better than what it is rated at. I used it for a full season, this past one, and only really have good things to say. Coldest I was in was around -30c, only had a thin hoody under, and was suuuper warm. The insulation really warms up quickly and stays warm throughout the day. Venting is perfect, never over heated and always stayed right where I wanted to be at. Would be nice if they put in an extra pocket in the interior, but thats a minor complaint. Storage is great, huge chest pocket on the outside(never really used it), deep side pockets keeps you feeling too bulky when having everything in them, media pocket is nice and functional, and the suprise hide-away pocket between the zipper and guesset flap is KEY!!! I would def reccomend this jacket to anyone who wants quality, because that is exactly what you get when you grips this jacket.
I'm 6'4" and around 185 lbs. I tried on the large and xlarge at a local shop and I thought the large fit the best but one of the comments here has a 5'11" guy rockin' a large. I'm confused...should I be going with a large or xlarge?
It really depends on what sort of fit you want. If you liked the fit of the L, then go for it! But yeah, I'm 5'11" and I rock the L for a slightly baggy fit, and I love it. It really depends on what sort of fit you're looking for.
Last jacket i bought was a volcom goretex 3 in 1 i got on sale, but the regular price was 550. That jacket has 0 insulation, no wrist gaiters and gore tex is way overrated. I just bought the nomis touch in red and it has it all: it looks sick, very good quality materials, i really dont know what else you could add to this jacket to make it better. Its already the best.
Finally got a chance to use this jacket on the hill, and it's awesome. It's very comfortable, kept me plenty warm (I had to take off a layer midday) and I stayed entirely dry. The pass sleeve is very nice to have and the media pocket is good too. If you're on the fence about this jacket, just buy it, you won't regret it!!
Not really, but not short either. Check the photos of me wearing it, I'm 5'11" and bought a L, it goes about to the bottom of my buttcheeks, sleeves go out to my fingertips.
They don't have xxl for this jacket? I'm going to get this jacket to fit my last year burton burlap plaid cargo pants, if it's not sky blue, is it like cyan or electric blue? Thanks for your advice.
I'd say electric blue. By sky blue I meant like a soft light blue, the jacket's color is exactly like in the photos here on Dogfunk. It's a great looking jacket, I can't wait to start wearing mine.
Well I'm not able to test its function in the snow, but so far it seems like an awesome jacket. The material is almost like a very, very soft denim, but it isn't stiff like denim. Has a powder skirt, pass sleeve that's accessible when the jacket is closed, goggle pocket, internal mesh media pocket, pit zips, wrist gaiters, and it's warm and comfortable. Not to mention awesome looking. As far as color goes, I got the blue, and the photos here on dogfunk are spot on. Ignore the photos on the Nomis website, the jacket is not a sky blue. I'm stoked on it!!
