Bring the water and the Dredge is there with bells on.
When the closest body of water is your bathtub, pull on the Oakley Men’s Dredge 2.8 Board Short and dig up your resourceful side. Buttery soft polyester microsuede drapes your legs as you lounge in the neighbor’s kiddie pool and dries quickly when your neighbor chases you out of it. A back pocket with flap closure holds your wax and wax comb should you ever make it to a body of water where you can actually surf.

I have used these shorts for everything! I love rock climbing in the gym in these shorts. They are the perfect length when wearing a harness because they don't ride up too high and allow for lots of flexibility. I also love working out in these shorts as well. They don't retain sweat like other gym shorts I've used and are easy to do squats in. And of course they are awesome in the water and ocean. I love taking these shorts to the beach because they're stylish and comfortable to wear, plus they dry out really quick. I love these shorts so much I bought two pairs.

Great shorts for the money! Whether your surfing, kayaking, or really any kind of water activity these shorts are great. Good colors to choose from, a rear pocket with a clip for a key, and velrco closure.
One small problem: On the fly, for some reason they had a stitch about halfway up, allowing the fly to only open 50% This made it a little bit difficult to pull the shorts up at the hips. My wife removed it for me and now they're perfect!!! I'm tempted to order another pair, especially when kayak shorts average about $50-60 dollars a pair. These shorts are a real universal, all around, water sport pair of trunks.
I got these in "Blue Print". They are way too "baby blue", so I never wear them.
