Excellent for general use

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I have to say I use Oakley Sunglasses exclusively. I have tried others (Native, Smith) and for Sunglasses I find nothing works like Oakley. These glasses are great for most uses. On the water, chilling around town, city rides on the bike, the BBQ, at the pool. For longer rides, backpacking trips, etc, I find they are a bit heavy and there is not enough air that gets in, so they get hot. But then again, if you are looking for glasses for this purpose I recommend another pair of oakley, anything more sporty will do. Also these are durable and the polarized (for me anyways) is a must. Once you see that well, it is hard to go back.

Decent glasses

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

Nice sunglasses for a decent price. Also have the Oakley big taco. The fuel cells run a little smaller, better for a medium-small sized face. Still great sunglasses none the less and worth the price. Very solid and durable, and as always cant beat Oakleys polarized lens.

Built for larger faces

These are great around-town glasses for anyone who likes Oakley's and has a larger face. The quality is just what you would expect from Oakley - top notch.

Alright

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

They frame is a weird shape for me. The lenses are quality as expected but the the frame leans inwards at the bottom and it doesn't feel natural.

You get what you pay for

Durable, non glaring, and excellent shape and look. I'd say i'm a 6 without them but with them I'm a 10... :) lol

Great Design for Sunglasses

Oakley hit one out of the ballpark with the Fuel Cell. It has a similar fit to the popular Oakleys of the last 5 or 6 years. This will fit taller than the Gascan, shorter than the Eyepatch, and somewhat similar in height to the twitch. The frame is more round than any of those, which really compliments the new styles of 2010 and 2011 sunglasses. These will definitely fit a medium to wide face and a medium to tall face. XYZ optics are the most clear lenses in the world. Why would you want to put an astigmatic lens in front of your eyes. Buy the pure stuff!

THE BEST THING OVER THE GASCAN

I live in Mexicali, B.C., Mexico, here heat goes to 52-55 C degrees from june to august, so I'm always working out on the street, sometimes I have to walk and drive, so I got the Fuel Cell Matte Black polar, they are great, cause the grey polar is not too dark, and they are great with the SUNSHINE over my eyes, but I can wear them when is clouded, so they are very lighter than other brands and compared with its brother the Gascan, this are more "tall" so they can cover very well your eyes, Highly recommended for the oakley's squared icon line fans...
