Description

Solid signature model from a visionary skier.

Just as JP brought a fresh approach to freeskiing, his Oakley JP Auclair Signature Photo Crowbar Goggle can supply fresh style and crisp vision when you need it most. You can be sure that a member of the New Canadian Air Force needs a wide, clear view to stomp all those corked spins over the years, and he gets it thanks to Oakley's top-shelf optics.

  • JP Auclair pro model provides a sweet, stylish look for your ski getup
  • Tough, dual Plutonite lenses block out 100% of UVA, UVB, UVC, and harmful blue rays while XYZ Optics and a spherical shape prevent distortion and enhance vision
  • Wide, flexible O Matter frame fits snugly, doesn't cramp your nasal cavity, and helps provide enhanced peripheral vision
  • Medium fit works for most face sizes
  • Helmet-compatible design fits with your brain bucket
  • Three-layer fleece foam liner is soft and smooth on your face and dries quickly after you rag-doll for a hundred yards
  • Several top vents, dual lens design, and F3 Fog Technology prevent interior condensation during hikes and after falls
  • Silicone-coated strap grip secures the goggle to your helmet or hat
  • Rigid O Matter strap outriggers let you fine-tune the fit to your helmet or helmet-free setup

Stylish and functional. I bought the pair with the emerald lens which are great for sunny days but if you are going to be doing a lot of riding in overcast/snowy conditions I would opt for buying the blue iridium lenses. Overall great fit and they never fog up.

What is the best lens choice for overcast snowy conditions with very low light and visibility?

Between the two options here the hi-viz yellow is absolutely the choice for overcast days.
