crappy crappy design the bottom hem is made out of a elastic sweatshirt and that becomes soaked and you get wet ass wtf. colors are crap and design is crap sorry oakley should have done better than this.
not to impressed
this jacket isn't all that warm. couldn't stand up to the -10. The fabric on the bottom is a snow magnet at the end of the day its a brick of ice. does not stand up to the okely name.
Design flaws and lack of durability
I love the styling of this jacket but unfortunately after only a couple of uses, a seam tore and it is being sent back. I noticed something else that bothers me about this jacket. The waist has a fabric running around it that collects moisture from the snow whenever they're in contact with one another. As soon as you sit on a chairlift that moisture starts pressing through your pants and by the end of the day your rear is soaked. The cuffs which are also made of this fabric have no velcro closure to help stuff them into a glove gauntlet either. So as much as I liked the styling and would have endured a wet butt and annoyances with gloves to wear it for the rest of the season, I can't recommend it to anyone especially after the stitching tore out of the seam.
This jacket is awesome, strategically placed thinsulate keeps you super warm and comfy! Great fit, well made and sick design! I love the magnetic buttons that keep the zipper flap closed but won't be destroyed if you take a tumble on your stomach. The powder skirt has both a zipper and a button system for connecting to different Oakley pants.
I only have two minor issues. First, the sleeves don't have any velcro for tightening them closed under a glove gator. Second, the pit zips don't have mesh. Otherwise, this is a perfect jacket!
