Maintaining their soft, cushy feel is easy for most shoes if they're just being .used for strolling around town, but as soon as you start skating gaps or any stair set with a count greater than ten, you should start questioning your kicks. Developed and tested with Caswell Berry, the Osiris Caswell VLC Skate Shoe features the dampening, abrasion-resistance, and board feel Mr. Berry needs in order to do his job.

- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I've been skating for 22 years. I skate all vulcanized shoes. Never tried Osiris before. I really liked the black wax concept for style purposes. The problem is that the heel cup on this shoe is too short, or not tall enough. So when you walk, your heel slips in and out. If your like me, then this really sucks, especially skating.
I bought my size and the shoes fit size wise, but no matter how tight I tied them my heel still slipped out. It's too bad because I really like the look and the wax version, but I can't walk or skate in them. Also too bad cause they're really cheap now too. Oh well..
shoes are super thin, making great board control, yet durable
