Description

Regular fit. Mega reputation.

The Pow Gloves insulated Mega Mittens are mighty mighty mittens, indeed. Unlike other snowboard gloves that leave your fingers isolated and alone while they fend off winter’s cold assault, the Mega Mittens bundle your fingers together into one chamber so that they can share their warmth with each other. Each glove comes with 200g of Thinsulate insulation and a removable polypropylene liner to aid your fingers’ quest to stay warm, and the waterproof breathable Hipora inserts block out wetness.

ok so i got 3 items in the cart that add to a total of 160 dollers with shipping and tax. i live in alaska and should i get them now and pay my mom back later when the pfd comes (700$ or something) or should i risk them getting sold out and try to find alternitive ones?

Responded on

The smart and responsible decision would be to wait and not owe your mom any money. Good deals come and go and soon enough you'll have the money and the gear you are looking for.

As an Alaskan, I'd have to hope the PFD is more than 700 this year, but I echo what Eli said. Even though buying winter gear in the summer is good buying sense, owing money isn't. You should be able to find a comparable deals on Backcountry OCT 6 when the PFD is disbursed this year.

Specs are wrong

Great gloves, but the specs on here are wrong, the tag on the glove says they only have 100g of insulation, not 200g

Responded on

Yep. Pretty bummed about the insulation. It clearly says 200g on the tag pinned to the gloves, but inside the glove there is another tag that says 100g of Thinsulate. I wonder if they consider the liner to be worth 100g of Thinsulate. In my opinion, they are not quite warm enough for a mitten. Mittens only come out when it's cold, but these are only good to about 25f. Otherwise, these are great gloves.

POW for All

I bought these for my lady and finally ended her cold hand complaints (mine too!)
