This helmet is light, well ventilated, and comfortable. The plush ear pads and strap are super cozy, zero chafe.I love I can drop in audio to the ear pads. I Macgyvered some over the head Skull Candy headphones to go in the ear pads. Weaaring this gives me a great confidence boost when doing park laps, or ducking off between the trees. Completely satisfied.

The new Hubble goggle was not designed to fit with any of the current helmets in the market but it will fit ok at best when worn underneath the helmet. The reason is due to the amount the wrap in the frame design that gives you the 160 degree peripheral vision. Quik is addressing for next year as there will be 3 new helmet models to fit this goggle.

This is my first helmet purchase for snowboarding. I checked out Red, and Bern also and found this to be the lightest and most comfortable. Half way through the first day with it I had completely forgot I had a helmet on. With just a skull cap underneath my head was warm and my ears stayed toasty.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like the audio ear pads are sold separately on the site...but they are available...check yer local shop????

After much research, i figured out that these use quick clip II compatible ear pads. So anything R.E.D. (burton) makes for their helmets after 2009 (beware 2008 and pre audex earpads for cheap on ebay - they are quick clip 1 and not II) will fit the riot helmet. The bad news is, since now they put zippers on their ear pads to just drop in the skullcandies, they don't really sell replacement ear pads anymore for their helmets, unless you wanna get the "audex subwoofer" system.

Wear a helmet. But have oakley A frames or airbrakes? Wear a different one. Unless you buy zeal's z3's with MOD Live. Then they fit awesome. No goggle gap. I would imagine any goggle system with a big plastic hinge area would make it difficult to get these to fit well.
