Trees are hard.
If you'd rather not wear a helmet because they're soooo heavy that they reduce your amplitude in the pipe, make a compromise and don the featherweight protection of the Pro-Tec Riot Helmet, which is so light it might even make you boost higher. The EPS impact liner and in-mold shell will save what little brains you have left if you slam onto the deck, and the internal venting system will keep your brain cells from frying like breakfast eggs. You won't look like a gaper, either, thanks to the Wind Shield technology that lets your goggles settle into an interior channel to eliminate wind in your face and the dreaded gaper gap, and you'll be blasting tunes all day with the removable, audio-compatible ear pads.

Can your helmets be used for use as a motorcycle helmet? Or do you have a motorcycle?
Finally a helmet with ear comfort
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I have always hated how the girls get nice furry ear pads and guys get stuck with hard fleece or mesh. Well Pro-tec found a nice subtle solution. They used just a little bit of short fur around the ears for next to skin comfort and warmth, while also including a place to slip in a sweet audio system. The visor also helps keep the gap between your goggles and helmet to a minimum.
Bottom line... Great helmet, great brand, satisfied
