Love these! Perfect right out of the box. Notice Burton didn't change these much in 2012? That is because they got these right from the start.
I use these on my Never Summer Raptor. Just as they are known for, I find them to be the most comfortable bindings on the planet. Having part of the base be dual-density cushioning makes them be so close to the EST system without needing to buy a Burton board. The Re:Flex binding is highly recommended.
Fit great with Maze helmet
I like using my Stance goggles in the backcountry. Less expensive and function great. I don't have to worry about as much about loosing them and they crush easily into my pack. Not something I want to do with the I/O goggle. I have the Green Sol X mirror lense and I like it for super sunny days as it is a very dark lense. Having the yellow is perfect for low light conditions and it gives a trippy color changing effect.
My favorite goggle in my arsenal. Recommend the polarized lense purchased separately. $99 for the lense is a lot but it honestly is the best all round lense.
I purchased a 164cm Raptor in 2011. Definitely the ultimate man's board. Well made (in the USA!), high quality, and the R.C. profile specific for the Raptor makes it a beast on the steeps. Expensive for sure but an equally high end Burton would cost nearly twice as much. As soon as I rode it I knew I made the right choice in my big mountain snowboard.
